What Causes Swelling And Redness Above Wrist?

Hi, my arm, just above my wrist is swollend, red. and hard. it feels like a stiff muscle, hurts when I move my hand in any direction. I don't know what happened and what it could be. any sugestions? I have no other medical conditions, I'm 21 yrs old
