What Causes Swelling And Shrinkage Of Testicles Post Liposuction In Abdomen?

My husband just had lipo on the flanks and abdominal areas he now has bruised swollen testes and the testes are cold with a reduiction in feeling but he can feel. I have now lifted his buttocks on several pillows. I am encouraging fluids. Lots of them. Is this correct and are these post op symtoms normal?

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms is not known in post operative phase, it is something not likely, in my opinion better to see the ER for this, and no need to take any risk hope this information helps.
