What Causes Swelling And Tightness In The Legs?
hi my boyfriend has neuropathy and his legs get really tight and swell up and he rocks back and forth when he tries to sleep. and yes he has diabetes. is there any thing i can do to help him? he sees a foot doctor that s how we found out that he has neuropathy.

This is possible deep vein thrombosis and you should do Doppler ultrasound to rule this out. This is manifested with swelling and pain in one leg and should be treated with anticoagulant therapy and apply elastic compression and take nonsteroid painkillers.
