What Causes Swelling And Tingling Sensation On Tip Of The Penis?
when i squeeze the tip of my penis i feel swelling/ hardness on the the pee hole tube at tip and goes back quarter of inch,it doesnt hurt unless i push on it but sometimes a tingling sensation,basically the actual pee tube feel hard or swollen at tip

The description given here is not enough for a diagnosis. Usually the front end of ureter is a little bit thick (seems to be swelling outwards).
