What Causes Swelling And Weakness In The Wrist After An Injury?

I punched a wall with my hand and the top of my right hand on the right side is swollen and has a bump on it. It is located between the bottom of my pinky and the wrist on the far right top side. I also am unable to grip anything with significant weight. Is this normal? Any suggestions or idea if this is normal after doing what I did?

you take serratiopeptidase and aceclofenac combination twice a day for five days
