What Causes Swelling Around Eye?

In my right eye my puncta is swollen. it's doesn't itch but it does hurt all around my eye , like from my eyebrows around to the inner upper corner of nose, like a big circle when. When I blink it feel like something is in the coner of my eye ...what is this ?

This is an inflammatory condition of punctum. can be retrograde infection of dacrocystitis. apply ofloxacin eye drop .3%4times and take combiflam tablet after food 3times daily. you should improve . after improvement puntum dilatation and syringing can be done. if there is obstruction surgery can be planed.
