What Causes Swelling Around Inner Eye Canthus And Across Bridge Of Nose?

I have swelling around inner eye canthus and across bridge of nose. blood work is normal. doctor suspects sinus problems, r/o kidney problems. I've taken claritin but it doesn't really do much for the swelling. any suggestions? have been to an ENT, dermatologist, and internist...

Cause may be informatory. x-ray pns including bridge of nose may be taken. Oral antibiotic erythromycin500mg may be taken for 5days. Neosporineohalmic oint ment applied to eye.
