What Causes Swelling Around The Neck?

my 13 year old son has ...well it looks like a fat neck. he's not over weight. his neck looks like it has a little tire going around it. his neck has always been this way. well, because of his age it's really bothering him. is there anything to do to get rid of it?

He has neck swelling. It can be fat deposition or some thyroid enlargement. It need examination. So you should go for examination. If it is due thyroid then you should go ultrasound neck to check further.
