Hello sir..!! Gud afternun, I am MAHESH from Hyderabad, I had circumcission(phimosis operation) last month, after that I observe my peni when it errect, head of my peni is very large in size and heavy weight, I am unmarried, so please tell me sir how can i decrease my peni s head size and weight

Hi,

The issue sounds to be related to tissue healing level or nerve sensitivity of some sort at penis top. Kindly upload a photo picture of the penis head in private discussion if you wish to do so and has no objection, because that will reveal the precise healing status which I want to evaluate from clinical perspective.

So far as your concern of loose penis, it is your panic and there will be no issue of future erection of penis from this circumcision surgery for sure. It is not recommended to make penis erect up to 6 weeks of post operative period and till now you are on 4 weeks period, so avoid masturbation and penile erection as well for better recovery.
