What Causes Swelling Behind Chin And Pain In Right Shoulder?

Hi, I'm 17 years old and a weight lifter and I've noticed a tight/swollen feeling behind my chin/neck area. My wisdom teeth are coming in (both bottem) and my right shoulder has been having a little bit of pain from training. There is no pain and jut feels un-comfy, also I have no problem chewing/eating.
