Noticed swelling on top of 4yr old grandson s feet with petechiae on both lower extremities below the knee. There is some discoloration under the swelling. Left more swollen than right. Does not have pain. Last night he did mention pain in left flank area. Not present today. Trying to find out cause for these symptoms in a 4 year old.
