What Causes Swelling In Eyelid And Face?

i woke up with my left eyelid swollen almost over my eye and went to the doctor. the doctor didnt know what it was but they give me a steroid shot and claritin. now the swelling has started back and the side of my face is starting to swell. WHat could this be?

It appears to be allergy or angioneurotic edema there is no need to take steroid shorts Take levocetrizine tablet and combiflam tablet twice daily. vision can be recorded. Keep the swelling of face under observation. It should start subsiding with this treatment.
