What Causes Swelling In Face And Pain In Head After Waking Up?

the right side of my face is swollen/ bruisi g up. i did not hit anything. after waking up from a nap i notice the right side of my head was hurting like someone was punching me and it didnt go away even though i slept all day. now my nose hurts like when i blow my right nose, the right side of my head hurts and blood comes out. pleaze help
