Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain swelling of face and eyes in the morning is normal if it is slight but if the swelling is severe it is an indication that it is due to some underlying pathology like high blood pressure, alcohol abuse, obesity, malnutrition, allergic reaction, hormonal imbalances..
It needs a proper evaluation by a physician and treatment can be planned according to the cause..
Treating the underlying cause will resolve the symptoms..
Secondly bleeding from gums along with weak gums is an indication of severe gum infection and when the gums are infected and inflamed even slight stimulation can lead to bleeding from gums..
Blood on tongue on cleaning in the morning can be due to bleeding from gums only and in case if you think it is coming from oesophagus it can be due to acid reflux or other pathologies related to upper digestive tract and for this consulting a General Physician and getting investigations like upper G.I Endoscopy done can help in diagnosis and treated accordingly..

For gum infection you need to consult an oral physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical examination and a full moth x ray known as Panoromic X ray can help in diagnosing the exact condition of teeth and underlying bone and treat you accordingly..
A thorough scaling of gums followed by antibiotics and topical hum paint massage regularly along with antiseptic mouthwash gargles and warm saline gargles will relieve..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
