What Causes Swelling In Feet And Ankle During Pregnancy?
I am about 33 weeks pregnant and I just started to swell in my feet and ankles. Though along with the swelling I am having pain in my back ankles and while walking. Also the bottom of both my feet are yellow from the moment I wake up every morning. But now I am starting to feel light headed, nauseated, and also a bit dizzy from time to time. Are these bad signs of anything other than having the usual edema?

Don't sit hanging your legs. take good rest. put the pillow below your feet during sleep. swelling will reduce by next 24 hrs. and this precaution will help you further also.
keep eye on your blood pressure. it may be early sign of high blood pressure.
