What Causes Swelling In Feet And Ankles Along With Bruising?

Hi, I keep getting swollen feet n ankles, both at same time, n they hurt me to walk n feel very bruised even on the tops of my feet.. I am on my feet a lot with my job n im a busy mum.. I m 42 years young.. But this has only started happening to me the past three wks, also I ve been having dizzy spells n spots before my eyes... I wonder if this is related to it.. I ve googled it but all of the symptoms don t matchup together..

I really appreciate your concern, the most common cause of this is arthritis initially this can be managed with "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg" sustain release once in day, still underlying cause of this is better to be known and for that it may need some investigations, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
