What Causes Swelling In Feet And Hands Upon Smoking Meth?

Sometimes when I smoke meth my hands and feet swell up and turn red it is extremely painful I get dizzy and my chest hurts, my whole body gets cold and I feel like passing out. Running warm water over my hands sooths the pain I feel like all the blood has rushed to my hands and feet. What is causing this?
