What Causes Swelling In Forehead And Nose Post Exposure To Sun?

Yesterday morning I woke up and my forehead was swollen. This morning I woke up and my nose is swollen and I can t really see out of my left eye. I m at Hilton Head Island for vacation and have been out in the sun. I m tan complexed and always out in the sun. This has never happened to me. Would you know anything about it?

Hello,

Possibly the swelling may have been caused by being exposed to sun for long. If you can't use sunscreen you can use a hat to shadow your face. Use ice compresses on face to reduce swelling. Use acetaminophen also.
