What Causes Swelling In Incision After Undergoing Myomectomy?

I had a laparoscopic myomectomy 4 weeks ago. My lower abdomen is relatively super flat, but my mid abdomen region looks swollen. I am 5 4 and weight 122 lbs. I m in great shape for someone who is 43yrs old. Will my abdomen region get flatter? I work out 5 to 6 days a week. Started light work outs two weeks post op and just started light weight training again. How long does all the swelling takes to go down? One of my incisions have a small bump on it. Will that go away?
