What Causes Swelling In Joints And All Over The Body After H1N1 Vaccination?

I received an H1N1 vaccination last September 2009 and have been having ongoing problems like swollen joints and all over body pain ever since. I had never had any kind of Flu vaccination before. I'm wondering if this is a symptom and if anyone else has experienced this. I'm typically very healthy and take zero prescriptions or vitamins of any kind. Now, I take numerous anti-inflammatorys which only relieve pain very temporarily.
