What Causes Swelling In Labia Minora And Pinkish Discharge?

Hi . When my right labia minora is a little swollen has a little bit of itching and burning and no foul smell our yellow discharge just every time I wipe theirs pinkish blood in the middle of the left and right labia minoras , what does this necessarily mean ?

Hi,

I think that there is probably a fungal infection along with minor superficial injury to the labia. I would suggest you to start applying topical anti-fungal ointment with steroids, also take anti-fungal tablets (itraconazole 200 mg) weekly for four weeks , start taking levocetirizine 10 mg at bedtime for 2 weeks and maintain local hygiene, do a blood sugar test also.
