What Causes Swelling In Left Ankle Accompanied By Rash?

I have swelling in my left ankle accompanied by a rash. I havent been able 5o walk without a limp due to pain. I was saw a doctor this afternoon and he said he had no idea what was wrong. I have a slight fever and my bllod pressure was a little high. What could be the problem?

I really appreciate your concern, it could be arthritis condition of single joint it can be managed with "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg" three times in day, it could he collagen disease and it can be infection too, in either condition it may needs some investigation and clinical examination too, hope this information may helps you, take care and have a nice day.
