General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

He seems to have an insect, mosquito or ant bite. Please wash the part with soda bicarb solution, try to remove any hair like part of mouth of biting insect. Let him take anti-inflammatory pill over the counter (Ibuprofen)twice a day after food & anti-allergic pill (levocetrizine) after dinner. In case it is not relieved within 24-36 hours, consult your family physician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
