What Causes Swelling In Left Leg, Dry Skin, Dyspnea And Sleep Apnea?
Hi, I have swelling in left leg, dry skin on both legs, sometimes shortness of breath, and think I have sleep apnoea. Swelling started in foot yesterday and moving up leg. I am on my feet a lot at work, don t drink a lot of water. What do you think it may be or is this serious

A unilateral foot and leg swelling can be alarming as it can be due to deep vein thrombosis(blood clot). You will require an urgent Doppler study of leg to rule it out.
