What Causes Swelling In Leg And Face?

My mother is 60 year old and she has the symtoms of swelling in leg and face, lazyness in day, not able to sleep properly in night, suger level is just little more than specified normal value and not a diebetic pateint,Not able to eat vegetable with spice (MASAALA) .Test conducted as per doctor is ECG,ECHO,BLOOD and doctor has suggested medicines like C. RAMCOR (1.2 mg), T.Lagix (40mg), T.ECOSPRIN (75/100) and NITROCONTIN 2.6
She is taking medicines from 3 month but not well symptoms are still there. Please let us know abt the prob and suggest the medical department to be contacted.
