What Causes Swelling In Legs Along With Fatigue And Irregular Heart Beats?

Hi - I had an echocardiogram today and the results that I was given was: INTERPRETATION SUMMARYNormal LV EFModerate LA enlargementMild RA enlargementMild TRtrace MRnormal sinus rhythm and also intermitter more rapid heart rate. consider a holter monitor no prior echo My issue that I have been having is lower leg swelling on both legs. Doctor put me on Lasik 20 mg last week Friday. I have lost 18 pounds since then, but still have water retention. Fatigue, falling asleep at my desk, table, etc. I don t want to blow off the heart holter monitor, but wondering since the echo didn t get much is there a point to the monitor? The tech did say that I was irregular with my heart beats during the entire test, but from what I read this isn t something that is uncommon.
