What Causes Swelling In Legs,back Pain,headache And Tremors In Body?

swollen legs, knees hurting, back hurting, get headaches when it gets cold, feels like i m cold and shaky sometimes and at the same time my body just gets real hot, sometimes i have to ride those shaky spells until they stop then my body will calm down.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The symptoms of swollen legs, knee hurting, headache and pain in the back can be due to viral infection.
Viral infection can lead to involvement of knee joint however, the knee involvement is only transient and reversible.
Viral infections are usually self limiting and get resolved spontaneously.
Treatment is usually supportive.
I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and prescription of drugs.
