What Causes Swelling In Lower Abdomen?

My daughter has been in pain for the last week, her lower abdomen is swollen and she can lay on her side and she is very uncomfortable.. Been to the ER they didnt run any test but urinalysis... didnt treat her for the pain... Next day went to doctor they gave her ultrasound and said it was clear but still didnt treat the pain... What should I do?

Hi,
As all reports are clear nothing to worry.
This might be due to constipation and gastric upset.
Give her some laxative at night.
Give her Omeprazole for few days.
Give her antispasmodic like Meftal spas for pain.
Give her plenty of water as well.
Ok and take care.
