General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with swelling at the lower abdominal region following a diagnosed bowel obstruction with attempting surgery i am suggesting that you have developed a relapsed lower intestinal obstruction

In view of this please do the following test
Abdominal scan
Abdominal x-ray
Serum electrolytes

Meanwhile please visit a gastroenterologist specialist with the results and for further expect clinical assessment and possible surgical resection of the obstructed region

I hope this helps Regards
