General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear Patient,

even though the antibiotic seems to be working since you are feeling better overall, the reaction of some lymph glands can still persist for some time like another week more or less. The immune system is most likely still fighting the rest of your infection apparently and that is nothing unusual. In most cases that will go away by itself by approx. another week, so at this point you shouldn't worry too much about it. If it persists show it to the doctor again to rule out any other conditions like mononucleosis through a blood test (although that is not likely, sinse you haven't gotten a skin rash from amoxicillin which most people get when they accidentally get amoxi perscribed when havin undetected mononucleosis). So usually you should be better very soon. Hope this is helping you , if you have any clarificatons you can get back to me, if this was helpful please kindly rate my answer. Best regards
