General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having some infection at the site of stitches giving rise enalarged tender inguinal lymph nodes.
As antibiotic is continued, nothing to worry.
As there will be healing of stitches, enlarged lymph node will be subsided.
If you get pain or swelling at stitches site, consult your Obst and get examined.
Ok and take care.
