What Causes Swelling In Neck Near Collarbone?
Have been to my family Doctor for swelling like pockets on both sides of my neck at base to collar bone. The swelling is sometimes greater on one side or the other and some days worse than others. The Doctor thought is may be theroid and have also gained 20 pounds this last year suddendly. What Specialist should I see or what can I do?

You need your thyroid function tested as well as a neck ultrasound
You may have thyroiditis and low functioning thyroid and you need to see an endocrinologist about this
