What Causes Swelling In Neck?
By my earring, behind my ear, there is clear oozing, and it flakes. Only on one ear, which rules out the possibilities of a reaction to the earring. Even without the earring, it has a reaction. I cleaned it with alcohol, but it didn t effect it. On a side note, a lympf node on the side of my neck has been swollen for a long time too, if that has anything to do with it?

In my opinion you should apply neosporin H ointment over the area after cleaning it. Stop wearing the earing for some time....once the lesion heals completely you can wear the earing but try to wear a earing made of inert metal like gold.
