What Causes Swelling In Neck,ear Ache,impaired Hearing And Headache?

SO i was wondering, I was struck in the neck by a portable speaker early sunday morning during an argument. It didnt swell till later sunday night and since then ive had a migraine its continued to swell as well as kind of harden , its on the left side around the jugular and lymph node, I didnt know if it could be something major or if it would be normal, but it continues to hurt along with causing my left ear to hurt as well as be a bit harder to hear..... Is it something i should bother going to the hospital for or just let it be

Hello,

You should consult an ENT Surgeon. The swelling should be examined. You may need an ultrasound neck.

Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology (FNAC) of swelling must be done. It is just a biopsy using a needle to find out what it is.

You need to do an endoscopy to see if there is any problem in the nose, behind the nose and in your voice box.

Your ear needs an examination. This is the full checkup you need to do to complete your investigation.
