What Causes Swelling In Pubic Area?

my pubic area (just the triangle looking part) looks puffy and feels puffy....it has been that way for a few days....no injury or trauma to the area.....i sit down and moved around a little to get more comfortable and it felt uncomfortable in that area but no ongoing pain or anything. what may have caused this
