What Causes Swelling In Right Clavical Bone?

My right clavical bone is elevated and looks swollen. X-rays show no abnormalities or fractures. What else could be causing this? I m in very good health otherwise and have had no previous problems. I was doing some heavy yard work which caused a bit of strain, but have had no impact type injuries. The condition has been there for at least a month now. Thanks for your help!
