What Causes Swelling In The Abdomen?

I have a swollen abdomen. I took two GasX pills last night and that help a little. I have taken one GasX today and will follow up with a second one soon. Stopped drinking coffee and switched to water and plan to take a work bath. Is there anything else I might try?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms can be related to abdominal bloating.
I suggest you to use Simethicone medication to relieve the bloating.
I also recommend following a diet rich in fibers, and also drink a lot of liquids.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
