What Causes Swelling In The Ankle And Calf While On Aspirin And Ramipril?

I am a 57 yrs. old woman. With a history of heart disease, Lupus SLE, I take beta blockers, hbp rx, aspirin, ramipril, a statin 2x daily, plaquenil, Coreg. The ankle, calf & interior of my left leg is swollen. What is that from? Too much fluid? Too much salt? ty
