What Causes Swelling In The Ankles And Knee Joints?

my sister has a swollen spot on he leg she has ruled out a blood clot now her ankles are swollen and her knee her joints hurt all over she is not over weight she is very healthy never sick in good shape.how ever 4 days ago there was a knot on her leg she went to emm twice she also has been running a fever 102 her ankle is swollen she has a bad rash on her leg then a puss spot on her upper thy well any way she also has rash on her other leg on her arms her joints hurt all over.we think spider but not sure we just are looking for good advise
