What Causes Swelling In The Ankles And Neck?

My ankles are slightly swollen, my neck also feels slightly puffy. Heart rate is slightly elevated. I have been coughing (drainage down the back of my throat -- I thought I might be getting a cold) and my nasal passages are congested. I had an episode of a fib in February and was was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea. Am taking beta blockers. Do I need medical attention? Feel fine otherwise.
