What Causes Swelling In The Ankles With Severe Nausea?

I ve been nauseated from time I wake up till I go to sleep. I m moody and emotional. I want food I normally don t eat. I ve gained weight that I can t fit into my clothes anymore. My ankles are starting to swell along with my lower back starting to hurt. Last month I didn t have a period but had some spoting and cramps about 3 to 5 days before my period was to start. and wanted to know if what I m feeling could possibly be due to pregnancy.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the pregnancy being suspected then symptoms alone can not rule this out and if this is the amenorrhea then it needs to be tested for pregnancy but now it may not be conception, but the symptoms could be due to dyspepsia hope this information helps.
