Please write your question here a 37 yrs old man is presenting with swelling of the lower limbs, cough and difficulties in breathing for a month.he is known RHD (rheumatic heart disease)pt since 18 yrs of age.he has a fever and yellow eyes ,his blood pressure 130/80mmhg .apex beat on 6 the intercoastal space anterior axillary line with grade 4 murmur,has spleenomegally of the below cost margin.what is a full diagnosis

Hello,

I think he has chronic heart failure due to mitral valve pathology caused by rheumatic fever. The yellow eyes are due to ascites.
