What Causes Swelling In The Arms And Feet?

I had to have my wedding band cut off my finger this AM from a swollen fingers. For the past 10 days I have been practicing hot yoga and recently moved to a new apt and have been using my hands a lot to move and screw things in walls and in content motion. Understandably after this AM with the swollen hands I took it easy today even taking a nap. I m 62 and have been watching a movie on my laptop for the past 90 minutes and can feel the blood coursing through my feet. There are a bit swollen but not noticeably. Should I be concerned? Should I go and see my DR tomorrow?

I request you please put up another query with a very specific detail of your problem and with all the symptoms and signs.
PLEASE DO MENTION WHICH FINGER AND WHY YOU WERE EXPECTED TO CUT THE RING FROM YOUR FINGER. And also since when its swollen?
