What Causes Swelling In The Eyes?

I had a pimple in my eyebrow that is now infected . My eye is swollen and there is fluid under the skin. I can feel my lymph nodes on the left side of my neck are sore. This is day 3 and I don’t feel like it’s getting better. Do I need an oral antibiotic? I feel I do . I do not have fever .
