Hello. Welcome to HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Swelling in legs and feets can be seen in heart, kidney, liver diseases and also in cases of low proteins in the body. Some drugs can cause swelling of legs.

The drugs you are taking are not responsible usually for swelling of legs.

So, my advice to you is -

1. Kindly go for 2d echo study which will confirm the pumping capacity of heart and other abnormalities which can be responsible for swelling of legs.

2. Do your kidney profile and liver profile, thyroid profile and show it to your physician.

3.Reduce your body weight and try to maintain blood pressure less than 140 /90 mmhg.

4.Avoid excessive salt intake and avoid prolonged standing.

Thank you.
Have a nice day.
