What Causes Swelling In The Feet?

last month i went into er complaining of septic syptoms they informed me i had pnuemonia and superfical blood clots in my right upper leg which i felt fine. i went to er other night septic and they put me on the cheetah and stablized me my blood pressure was extremly low. n my heart rate is below 50 since this happened. i am 32yr old female they said my heart might have stopped due to my potassium is low i was in hospital my potassium i beileve it was 2.5 i think but they gave me iv 40mg potassium and i had high white blood cells after two days on antibotics white cells returned to normal. my heart rate has not went above 50 i returned home and now my feet are swollen and im unsure of what to think or how to react my echo came back fine is there anything in particular i should request as far as test my feet are now swollen cant walk
