General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

* As per the narration and my clinical experience co relation, the current condition is due to possible discomfort in venous blood return from the compartment pressure via carpel tunnel syndrome.

* Trigger finger is due to ligament compression from the carpel tunnel.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
