What Causes Swelling In The Foot Along With Pink Discoloration After Running For A Long Duration Post Recovery From Cellulitis?

I have had cellulitis 4 months ago and the swelling and pain were gone. but lately, I realised that when I walk for long or even run then the foot which was previously affected stars to swell up and also becomes pink. and sometimes it kinda pains a little too. also after running for way too long, it seems lifeless as if I am dragging it. but after some rest, it gets back to normal. Do I need any treatment?
