What Causes Swelling In The Joints?

20 year old male with swollen, red joints with blisters on these joint areas. This is only occurring in joint areas not on other parts of body. Also has elevated liver enzymes & weight loss. All tests, including hepatitis have been negative so far. Awaiting liver biopsy results
