What Causes Swelling In The Knee Along With Walking Difficulty?

Possible diagnosis for swelling of left knee, no warmth or redness, inability to walk, flex past 25 degrees. Pain medial side, left patella creaking sound with little movement. Next day bil hips, knees and ankles painful. Swelling decreased second day. Had Perthes when 4 years old, now is 17 year old male. Bil hammertoe and dorsiflexion is not to neutral.

I can understand your concern.
Perthes disease patient are more prone for development of arthritis at young age.
His all symptoms are suggestive of osteoarthritis of knee joint.
So better to consult orthopedic doctor and get done clinical examination, x ray and MRI of knee joint.
He may need knee replacement surgery to correct deformity.
